Muktinath Development Bank’s ‘Ask Mukti Bhai’ virtual support service launched
Kathmandu. Muktinath Development Bank has launched a virtual (online) support service called ‘Ask Mukti Bhai’ to promote digitalisation. For the convenience of the customers, the bank has launched the service through its website.
Through this virtual support service, customers will be able to get information about the products and services of the bank as well as information related to the bank, customer inquiries quickly and easily. This service will be available 24 hours a day for those with internet access.
It is said that this chat service based on artificial intelligence has been brought into operation using the latest system of digital banking.
According to the bank, the service can be accessed by going to the bank’s website and clicking on Ask Mukti Bhai or the bank’s mascot ‘Muktibhai’ on the right.
The Development Bank has stated that free money can be withdrawn from the ATMs of any bank under the Visa network to encourage digital transactions.
Similarly, mobile banking, QR code scan, online loan application, online account opening, internet banking, remittance deposit in the account, etc. can be done from home without attending the bank branch.
