Bhim Rawal: Fugitive accused to join the faction?

Kathmandu. CPN (Maoist) leader Bhim Rawal has remarked that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has been confirmed to be autocratic, arbitrary and factional. Oli made the remarks after Oli warned that there would be agitation if the decision was not in favor of the people.

Rawal also claimed on Twitter that the fugitive accused had been recruited into the faction and the sudden removal of the state-2 chief while he was still in office.
