Nirmala’s killer came close to legal clutches: Home Minister Thapa

Biratnagar. Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa has claimed that the person who raped and killed Nirmala Pant will be arrested soon.

Addressing a program organized by the Oli faction of the CPN (Maoist) in Biratnagar, Home Minister Thapa claimed that the person who raped and killed Nirmala Pant, a teenaged girl from Kanchanpur, had come close to cluthes of law.

He said that Prime Minister KP Oli had announced that he would not let the rapist and the killer go underwater and that he had succeeded in bringing the killer of Bhagarathi to justice. He also claimed that the person who raped and killed Nirmala would be arrested soon.
