Positive for the CPN (Maoist) talks

Kathmandu. Netra Bikram Chand has been positive for talks with the Biplov Leadership CPN (Maoist) government.

CPN (Maoist) General Secretary Biplov issued a statement on Saturday saying that it was positive for the talks.

For this, there is a demand of the revolution to create an environment for easy activities and programs among the people.

“We would like to inform everyone that our party is positive for dialogue and negotiations with the government in the event of a conducive environment for the general public to conduct activities and programs,” the statement said.

The government has banned the Biplov Leadership CPN (Maoist).
