Nobel’s free health camp in Barakhshetra
Sunsari. Nobel Teaching Hospital has run a free health camp in Barakhshetra of Sunsari. A health camp has been conducted in Barakhshetra Municipality-6 in collaboration with Lyans-Leo Club Itahari Smart City.
Narayan Dahal, manager of Nobel Hospital, said that 967 people were treated free of cost in the camp held at the premises of the local Mahendra Secondary School. According to him, lab test of 230 people, video X-ray of 175 people and ECG of 87 people have been done in the camp.
In the camp, the team including specialist doctors treated in medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, ear, nose and throat, eye diseases, dental diseases, joint and nerve diseases, skin diseases and mental illness. The camp was frequented by patients with joint, asthma, cold and eye problems.
Earlier on Wednesday, Nobel had conducted a free health camp in Berne of Buddhashanti village in Jhapa. This is Nobel’s first camp in Jhapa since the Corona epidemic. Now, the treatment of poor and vulnerable patients will be continued by conducting camps in different districts of the No. 1 state, said Dr. Sunil Sharma, director of Nobel Hospital.
