Share distribution of Greenlife Hydro, 10/10 lots to Saba 3 lakhs

Kathmandu. The primary share (IPO) of Greenlife Hydropower Company has been allotted.

According to the sales manager BOK Capital, 325,163 of the applicants have received shares at the rate of 10 lots as per the distribution held on Friday morning. Similarly, 2 lucky people have got 11/11 shares from Gola Pratha.

A total of 13 lakh 22 thousand 971 people had applied for the company’s IPO. An application was received for the purchase of 2 crore 26 lakh 91 thousand 490 shares. Of them, only 12 lakh 19 thousand 59 applications were accepted.

The company had issued 18 lakh shares with a face value of Rs 100 per share and 1,686,400 unsold shares for the locals since Magh 23, for a total of 3,496,400 ordinary shares.

Out of that, 174,820 shares have been distributed for collective investment funds and 69,928 shares for employees.

Out of that, the remaining 32 lakh 51 thousand 652 shares were allotted to the public.
