Kathmandu. Secretary Gopinath Mainali, who has been transferred from the Ministry of Education, has understood Ramana as the secretary of the Vice President’s Office. Mainali has been transferred from the Ministry of Education within five months.

Earlier, it was decided to take him to the Public Procurement Monitoring Office from the Ministry of Education. But he refused to go there, after which his transfer was corrected. Mainali, who has an honest image in the staff circle, has been transferred quickly.

Expressing dissatisfaction with the short-term transfer, he said, “Destiny did not allow me to do much.” However, he claims that he has done some good work in his short tenure in the Ministry of Education. “A lot of work has started in the Ministry of Education,” he said. He said on social media, “School sector reform plan, federalism-enacted legislation, teacher integration, organization restructuring, scholarship management, collaboration of Nepali education with the Nepali Diaspora and scholarships in higher education have been done well.”

He said that he had assumed the responsibility of the secretary of the Ministry of Education at a time when there were complex problems such as cowardice, panic, reading and class 12 examinations and Dr. Govinda KC’s death hunger strike. He has also expressed his gratitude to everyone including the Minister for Guidance in this work.
