Petroleum prices increased again

Kathmandu. Nepal Oil Corporation has again increased the price of petroleum products. The corporation has increased the prices of petrol, diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel (domestic) with effect from 12 noon last night.

After the price hike, the price of petrol has reached Rs 114 per liter. Similarly, the price of diesel and kerosene has reached Rs 97 per liter. The corporation still has a loss of Rs 5.82 on petrol, Rs 4.13 on diesel and Rs 285.83 on gas.

In kerosene, the corporation is making profit. The corporation claims a loss of Rs 67 million in 15 days as per the new price list. According to the new price list sent by the Indian Oil Corporation, the price of oil has been increased as the deficit is still rising.
