Newly elected chairman of Mahalakshmi Life Insurance takes oath

Kathmandu. Chairman of the Insurance Committee Surya Prasad Silwal has administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly elected chairman of Mahalakshmi Life Insurance Limited Manoranjan Raman Sharma. Silwal administered the oath of office to Chairman Sharma at the Insurance Committee office. The meeting of the newly elected directors of the company unanimously nominated Sharma for the post of chairman.

The third annual general meeting held on Falgun 3 elected Manoranjan Raman Sharma, Suresh Sapkota, Umesh Lal Shrestha, Samjhana Aryal and Bishwachanda Ghimire as the directors.

The first meeting held after the general assembly nominated Sharma as the chairperson for the next four years.
