Now we are preparing for a united movement: Prachanda
Kathmandu. Chairman of the CPN-Prachanda-Nepal faction Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that they are preparing to launch a joint agitation against the dissolution of the House of Representatives. Talking to reporters in Chitwan this morning, he said that the parties would join the joint movement soon.
He said that discussions are being held with the leaders of Nepali Congress and Janata Samajwadi Party for that. “Yesterday I talked to Sher Bahadur Deuba – to make it joint. I am also talking to Ram Chandra Poudel and other leaders, ‘said Chairman Prachanda.’ I am also talking to the leaders of Ja Sa Pa. It seems that there will be a joint movement in some time. ‘
Stating that he was committed to peaceful politics, Prachanda insisted on not going into extremism. “If elections are held in an unconstitutional and undemocratic manner, the country will fall into a state of anarchy,” he said.
Prachanda is confident that the House of Representatives will be restored. He argues that 90 percent of the MPs with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli are also against the dissolution of the parliament.
