LBEF will give 25 percent scholarship to ACAN member for MBA

Kathmandu. An agreement on educational cooperation has been signed between Lord Buddha Education Foundation (LBEF) and The Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN).

According to the agreement, 25 per cent tuition fee scholarship will be available to the members of ACAN studying in the MBA program conducted in the College for Professional Studies under the Lord Buddha Education Foundation. Scholarship will be provided on the recommendation of The Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN).

The agreement has been signed by Chairman Pankaj Jalan on behalf of the Foundation and Chairman Anand Sharma on behalf of ACAN.

According to the college, this MBA program is conducted in working end mode for working professionals. In weekend mode, students have to come to college only on Fridays and Saturdays.

The college will conduct classes from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Friday and from 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday. The college will also provide lunch on Saturday. Students studying at the Lord Buddha Education Foundation will have access to 11 online libraries.

Nepal’s first IT college, Lord Buddha Education Foundation, located in Maiti Devi, Kathmandu, is affiliated with Asia Pacific University, Malaysia. According to the college, more than 8,000 people have so far received undergraduate and postgraduate education in other fields including information technology and management.

The Ministry of Education has given permission to this organization to run these programs. Tribhuvan University has provided equivalence.
