Kathmandu. The third National Daughter Conference is scheduled to be held in Hetauda, ​​the capital of Bagmati Province from today. The third three-day National Daughter Conference is going to be held in Hetauda till 29th of Magh with the objective of uniting daughters and women’s rights activists from Mechi to Mahakali, Himal and Pahad Terai.

Nazbul Khan, coordinator of the main organizing committee of the conference, said that the conference was organized under the slogan ‘Women in the Seat, Women in Speech and Women in Governance’.

The conference will be attended by 100 delegates from all over the country and will be attended by 75 percent women and 25 percent men. The organizers estimate that the conference will cost around Rs 1.5 million. The third national conference is scheduled to be inaugurated by Bagmati Chief Minister Dormani Poudel. Earlier, the first daughter conference was held in Province No. 1 and the second daughter conference was held in Province No. 2.
