The stock market crossed 25 hundred points, with a turnover of over Rs 10 billion

Kathmandu. Nepal’s stock market index has crossed 25 hundred points. On the first day of the week, the stock market index Nepse rose by 48.74 points to reach 2524 points. This is the highest point ever.

In all but three subgroups, the index of life insurance group has increased the most by 572 points. Similarly, the non-life insurance group has risen by 490 points while the microfinance group has risen by 334 points. Similarly, the trade group has increased by 83 points, hydropower by 59 points and other groups by 53 points. However, the banking group has declined by 4.5 points.

This is the highest turnover of Rs 10.44 billion on Sunday. Himalayan Distillery had the highest turnover of over Rs 520 million on this day.
