During the experiment, Karuna Chand of Bhimdatta Municipality-15 climbed on a stool and tied a rope to a fan. Karuna was with her younger brother on Saturday afternoon. While making the TikTok , Karuna also tied the rope hanging from the fan around her neck. At the same time, the stool under her feet fell down and Karuna got stuck in the fan.

The younger brother, who was nearby, could not help but notice the incident to his mother in the field. Her mother returned home after hearing about the incident, but Karuna had already died. A few years ago, Karuna’s brother also drowned in a canal.

The Chand couple’s tears have not stopped after the wound healed and they lost their daughter again. Amar Bahadur Thapa, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Kanchanpur, confirmed that Karuna was killed while making the TikTok.
