Kathmandu. Nepali national football team midfielder Bikram Lama has successfully undergone leg surgery in Qatar. Lama, who has been suffering from injuries to his right leg for a long time, was taken to Qatar for treatment last week.

According to the All Nepal Football Association, Lama underwent surgery to remove the support placed on his leg. His condition is normal after the operation. Lama will undergo physiotherapy in a few days. Another football player Bimal Ghartimagar, who suffered a knee injury, will need time to undergo surgery, according to ANFA.
