Shoes, slippers and trade fair 2077 starting

Kathmandu. Shoes, slippers and trade fair will be organized at Bhrikuti Mandap from Wednesday. The fair organized by Footwear Manufacturers Association of Nepal is about to start.

The association has been organizing footwear and slippers trade fair every year to promote and develop indigenous products. According to the association, the fair is organized to revive the corona-laden economy by providing many brands of footwear to entrepreneurs under one roof. The association has informed that the fair named ‘Fman Footwear Business Expo 2077’ will be held till Falgun 10.

“We are planning to organize the Footwear Business Expo 2021 by adopting safety measures considering the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic that spread to the consumers last year,” he said. “All Nepali brands of shoes are available at the expo with attractive discounts.” He said that he would get it under the roof.

“We have organized the footwear expo with the objective of keeping the footwear sector afloat, keeping in mind the decline in the purchasing power of Nepali consumers due to the economic downturn over the past one year,” said Homnath Upadhyaya, former chairman of FMAN. ‘
