Manchester United and Arsenal tied, City extended their lead

Kathmandu. Manchester City have increased their lead in the English Premier League. City extended their lead in the league after beating Sheffield United 1-0 in last night’s game.

Gabriel Jesus scored in City’s victory in the ninth minute. City’s lead increased by three points after Manchester United and Arsenal were held to a goalless draw in last night’s game.

City, who are one game short of United, have 44 points from 20 games, while United have 41 points from 21 games. Arsenal have 31 points from 21 games and are ninth in the league.

In other games on Saturday, Aston Villa beat Southampton 1-0, Crystal Palace beat Wolves 1-0 and Newcastle United beat Everton 2-0. West Brom and Fulham drew 2-2.
