Trading started in Balkhu vegetable market from QR code of NMB Bank

Kathmandu. NMB Bank has launched digital payment system through QR code in Balkhu vegetable market area. The bank has launched the digital payment business to promote cashless payments.

The bank has launched the payment system in Balkhu vegetable market on Friday by organizing a program in the presence of Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Maha Prasad Adhikari and Chairman of the Bank Pawan Kumar Golyan.

On the occasion, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bank Sunil KC also handed over loan proposals to Budhathoki Vegetable Suppliers and Sajani Vegetable Suppliers.

“The project focuses on digitization as directed by Nepal Rastra Bank and aims to transform the cashless society from cash to cashless,” said CEO KC at the event. We will move ahead with additional flow programs. ‘

The program was attended by local body officials, security forces, members of Kumari Club and local agribusinesses.
