Health workers of Manmohan Memorial Hospital agitate

Kathmandu. Health workers and staff of Manmohan Memorial Hospital have been agitating saying that the remaining salary has not been paid as per the agreement.

The Manmohan Memorial Hospital had agreed to pay the remaining dues to the health workers and staff within three months. Health workers and employees of the hospital staged a sit-in protest saying that the remaining salary was not provided even after three months of the agreement.

According to the employees, the management has devalued their work and has not implemented the previous agreement.

They say they need to hold talks immediately to address their legitimate demands. Demands have been made to meet the demands of the workers, implement the agreement made with the workers’ representatives and ensure the employment of the workers.
