Kushma’s bungee is the jewel of the state: Chief Minister Gurung

Gandaki Chief Minister Prithvi Subba Gurung said it was a matter of pride for the state to have the world’s tallest swing and the world’s second tallest bungee in Kushma.

Observing the bridge built for bungee connecting Kushma and Balewa of Baglung in the Kaligandaki gorge, Chief Minister Gurung said that such adventure activities have enhanced the tourist environment not only of Kushma / Baglung but also of Gandaki.

“I am very happy to hear that Nepali investors and Nepali manpower are conducting international level adventures,” he said. “The state government is also involved in tourism promotion.” Kushma’s bungee is the jewel of the state.’

Gurung, who arrived in Kushma to address the political program, plans to spend more time next time, said Bikram Neupane, the chief minister’s press coordinator.
