Improvement in the share market, market capitalization is around Rs 33 trillion

Kathmandu. The stock market has improved by 18 points on Wednesday. The market corrected by 17 points on Tuesday and improved by 18.76 points on Wednesday. After the transaction, the market index has reached 2441 points. Despite the improvement, the transaction amount did not improve on Wednesday. While the turnover was Rs 8.17 billion on Tuesday, the transaction amount on Wednesday was limited to Rs 8.62 billion.


A total of 152,89,259 shares of 208 companies were traded at a price of Rs 8.62 billion on Wednesday.


All group indices except trade, non-life insurance, life insurance, microfinance and mutual funds declined on Wednesday. Non-life insurance group companies showed support in the market on Wednesday. The non-life insurance group rose by 663 points on Wednesday. The top 10 earners on Wednesday were Nepal Life Insurance Company, Arambha Chautari Microfinance Institution, Gurans Microfinance Institution, Support Microfinance, Prabhu Life Insurance, National Hydropower Company, Everest Insurance’s Promoter Share, Shikhar Insurance, Premier Insurance and IME.


Similarly, Nepal Life Insurance has Rs 930 million, Prime Bank Rs 370 million, Nepal Bank Rs 280 million, Prabhu Bank Rs 270 million, National Life Insurance Rs 240 million, Shikhar Insurance Rs 240 million, Nepal Telecom Rs 20 million, National Hydro Power Rs 20 million and NIC Rs. Shares of Asia 140 million and Premier Insurance 130 million were traded.
