Oli’s party held a public meeting on January 8, claiming that Oli would reveal secret things

Kathmandu. Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) KP Sharma Oli faction is scheduled to hold a public meeting on January 7.

The Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) is going to hold a public meeting at Ratna Park in Kathmandu on 23rd of Magh organized by the Bagmati Pradesh Organization Committee. Speaking at a press conference at the party’s central office in Dhumbarahi on Monday, CPN-Bagmati Pradesh Organizing Committee Chairman Ananda Prasad Pokhrel said that a public meeting was being organized to inform the people about the current national political situation.

He also said that a 1111-member public meeting mobilization committee has been formed under the convenership of CPN (Maoist) leader and Minister for Education, Science and Technology Krishna Gopal Shrestha to make the public meeting a success.

Coordinator of the Public Assembly Mobilization Committee Krishna Gopal Shrestha said that political and practical issues would be discussed in the assembly without making person-centered allegations. He also informed that Prime Minister Oli would make public the secret of the current political situation through a special address at the public meeting on 23rd of Magh.

The party is also planning to hold a rally of 10,000 motorcycles on 26th of Magh. It has been said that the assembly will be made successful by mobilizing the people under the leadership of leaders and cadres from 17 districts including 13 districts under Bagmati province and 4 districts of Upatyaka special province. The mayor, deputy mayor, chairperson, vice chairperson, ward chairpersons and members will lead the people and participate in the public meeting including the rally.
