The girl who was raped in Rupandehi was brought to Kathmandu for further treatment

Kathmandu. A five-year-old girl has been raped in Tilotta of Rupandehi Municipality-13. The girl has been brought to Kathmandu for treatment after her condition deteriorated due to rape.

Spokesperson of Tilotta Municipality Suresh Shree informed Makalu Khabar that he was sent to Kathmandu for further treatment as treatment at Rupandehi and nearby hospitals was not possible.

Preliminary investigation has revealed that the girl was raped while she was playing at home. Hom Bahadur Bik, a resident of Kapilvastu’s Wanganga Municipality and a laborer in Tilotta Municipality, has been arrested on the charge of being involved in the incident, said the arrested spokesperson.
