11th Nepal Buildcon Int’l Expo concludes (photos)

KATHMANDU: The 11th edition of the Nepal Buildcon International Exhibition, focused on the development of Nepal’s construction sector, concluded successfully on Sunday.

Held at Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Hall, the event ran from Feb 5 (Magh 22) and attracted around 65,000 visitors, reflecting strong interest from industry professionals and the general public alike.

The exhibition brought together domestic and international technologies, materials, and services related to the construction industry on a single platform.

More than 300 national and international brands participated, showcasing their products and services through over 200 stalls.

Organised jointly by Media Space Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Futurex Trade Fair & Events Pvt. Ltd., Nepal Buildcon has been held annually for over a decade.

Since its inception, the exhibition has played a key role in connecting Nepal’s construction industry with modern technologies and international best practices.

In addition to promoting domestic products, the expo has served as a gateway for introducing globally used new technologies and services into the Nepali market.

The exhibition featured a wide range of construction-related products and services, including architectural hardware, aluminium extrusion, marble and tiles, sanitary ware, modular and modern kitchens, roofing and cladding, lifts, elevators and escalators, doors and windows, flooring, wall coverings, glass glazing, pipes and plumbing materials, construction chemicals, PVC and uPVC profiles, batteries, generators, cement, steel, and more.

The event proved highly beneficial for construction entrepreneurs, importers, manufacturers, distributors, service providers, architects, engineers, designers, and individuals planning house or building projects.
