KATHMANDU: In Kupondol Gusingal, sculptors are busy creating idols of Vishwakarma and Navadurga.
These artisans are working diligently to complete the statues in time for the upcoming Vishwakarma Puja and Navadurga Puja.
The prices of these idols vary according to size and type, ranging from Rs 4,000 to Rs 10,000.
In Nepal, every year on Ashwin Sankranti, followers of the Hindu religion celebrate Vishwakarma Puja by worshiping vehicles, metal tools, and machinery used in factories and workshops.
The idols being made here are prepared specifically for these celebrations.
