Ncell inaugurates new Ncell Center in Damauli

KATHMANDU: Ncell Axiata Limited has inaugurated its new Ncell Center in Damauli.

The new center is located at Maharshi Chowk (in front of SBI Bank), Byas Municipality-3, Damauli.

The new center was officially opened on Thursday in a ceremony by Ncell’s Chief of Staff, Operations, Stephan Rodriguez. Customers will be able to access all types of customer services from this new center.

From this new center, customers can inquire about Ncell’s services and facilities, purchase SIM cards, get information about internet settings, and access various corporate services.

Additionally, customers can upgrade their SIM to 4G, change their SIM and mobile numbers, make necessary adjustments to CUG numbers, opt for business plans, enable international roaming, pay bills, recharge and transfer balance, among other services.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony, Chief of Staff, Operations, Stephan Rodriguez said, “We have been providing customer services in Damauli for the past 10 years, and we are delighted to continue offering quality customer service by opening a new center in a busy market area. Our goal is to keep our customers ‘Sadhai On’ by ensuring they benefit from the opportunities connectivity brings and encouraging them to become digital.”

Rodriguez also shed light on the company’s ‘Sadhai On’ plan during the event.

According to him, this plan is the first of its kind in Nepal, making service access easier and more convenient by eliminating the problem of main balance deduction once the mobile data pack runs out.

“The ‘Always On’ plan helps users keep their data always active without the fear of their main balance being deducted, as many tasks in today’s digital age are conducted online, necessitating constant online presence,” he added.

The new center will provide services to customers six days a week, from Sunday to Friday.

Previously, Ncell had been providing customer services from its old center in front of Traffic Chowk, Damauli.

To enhance customer service and provide an excellent customer experience, Ncell operates more than 30 centers across different parts of the country.
