Manchester City clinches historic fourth consecutive Premier League title

KATHMANDU: Manchester City has won the English Premier League title for the fourth consecutive time.

In their final match last night, City secured a 3-1 victory over West Ham, surpassing Arsenal by 2 points and achieving a record-breaking win.

This is the first time in the history of English football that any team has won the league title four times in a row.

Previously, Huddersfield Town, Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, and City itself had each won the top division title three times consecutively. However, winning it four times in a row is unprecedented.

Before the final match, City was ahead of Arsenal by 2 points. For City to lose the title, they needed to draw or lose, while Arsenal had to win their match. But City did not falter.
