Three dies as truck overturns in Myanmar’s Mandalay Region

KATHMANDU: A vehicle overturned in the Mandalay Region in central Myanmar, killing three people, according to an official from the Myanmar Fire Services Department who spoke with Xinhua on Wednesday.

The terrible incident occurred on Tuesday at Pyin Oo Lwin Town, Mandalay Region.

According to sources, the collision occurred when a truck attempted to pass a 22-wheeler vehicle but braked abruptly.

According to the official, this unexpected action resulted in a collision with the 22-wheeler vehicle behind it, forcing the truck to flip.

Unfortunately, all three passengers of the truck were confirmed dead at the spot, the official explained.
