Tank distribution to the people of Terhathum
According to the rural municipality, free drinking water tanks have been distributed from the current fiscal year's budget and programs 2089/080.
BIRATNAGAR: Tanks have been distributed to the people of Terhathum’s Phedap Rural Municipality.
In Isibu, Phedap Rural Municipality-5, a free drinking water tank has been distributed.
According to the rural municipality, free drinking water tanks have been distributed from the current fiscal year’s budget and programs 2079/080.
Purushottam Timalsina, Ward Chair of Ward No. 5, informed that free tanks were distributed to residents of the ward from the ward’s one lakh budget.
Timalsina stated that 18 families in the dry area of Phedap Rural Municipality-5 distributed free plastic tanks. He stated that 18 500-liter drums had been distributed.
He stated that drinking water tanks (plastic drums) have been distributed to assist residents of dry areas in collecting and using drinking water as needed.
