Prime Minister Prachanda informed President Ram Baran Yadav of the Cabinet expansion and swearing-in ceremony by meeting him at Sheetal Niwas.
The Congress has agreed to appoint 8 ministers, 5 from the Maoist Centre, 2 from the JSP, 2 from the CPN (Unified Socialist), and 1 from Janamat, LSP, NSP, Nagarik Unmukti, and Aam Janata Party.
