Sun Nepal Life launches ‘One Million Trees Campaign’ in partnership with Lumbini World Peace Forum

KATHMANDU: Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has signed an official agreement with the Lumbini World Peace Forum to jointly advance the “One Million Trees Campaign” under its long-term Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The collaboration aims to promote environmental conservation, ecological balance, and greenery expansion across Nepal.
According to the company, the nationwide campaign will play a vital role in enhancing greenery and contributing to long-term environmental sustainability. “Planting one million trees is itself a significant step toward restoring ecological balance, reducing carbon emissions, and helping control rising temperatures,” the company stated.
The initiative is expected to create a safer environment for future generations and support sustainable climate management.
Sun Nepal Life Insurance currently provides services through 148 branches and sub-branches across the country.
