Siddhartha Bank declares 5% bonus shares, 5.53% cash dividend

KATHMANDU: Siddhartha Bank Limited held its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday at the Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, chaired by the Bank’s Chairman of the Board, Mr. Rahul Agrawal.

The AGM approved the distribution of bonus shares worth 5% of the paid-up capital, amounting to Rs 70,449,901, and a cash dividend of 5.53%, totaling Rs 77,917,590 for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The meeting also approved the Board of Directors’ annual report, the financial statements as of Ashadh end 2082, including profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, and changes in equity, along with the auditor’s report.

Additionally, the AGM sanctioned the appointment of an external auditor and determination of their remuneration.
