SCT currently issues SCT-UnionPay cards through 23 banks and financial institutions and over 100 cooperatives.
Through its own card-switching infrastructure, Smart Switch, SCT supports both SCT-UnionPay and VISA card issuance and accepts transactions made via VISA, RuPay, MasterCard, and Discover networks.
As Nepal’s first domestic card scheme, SCT has been providing safe, reliable, and simple payment services nationwide for over two decades.
In addition to card services, SCT also offers Smart QR, Smart Pay–IBFT (interbank fund transfer), and Smart Banking mobile banking solutions to partner banks and financial institutions.
