Sagar Lamsal released on bail

KATHMANDU: Popular actor Sagar Lamsal “Bale” has been released that on bail with the condition that he will appear in court on the date they are summoned by the court after being held in custody over an alleged indecent behavior case.

According to officials at the District Police Range, Kathmandu, Lamsal was released today on bail following his arrest on Saturday, April 4, from Budhanilkantha under charges related to disorderly conduct.

He had been taken into custody after a woman, currently residing in the United States, accused him of rape.

Authorities had been investigating the complaint since his arrest.
