KATHMANDU: A meeting of the coalition is going to be held to find an agreement on the division of ministries between the ruling coalition parties and to discuss the expansion of the cabinet.
A meeting is going to be held at Baluwatar, the official residence of the Prime Minister, at 5 pm.
A meeting of the ruling coalition was also held on Wednesday. However, the meeting could not reach the final agreement on the share.
The ruling coalition currently consists of ten parties. Nepali Congress, Maoist Center, CPN Unified Socialists Party, Janata Samajwadi Party, Loktantrik Samajbadi Party, Janamat Party, Nagarik Unmukti Party, Rastriya Janamorcha, Nepal Samajwadi Party, and Aam Janata Party are among the political parties in Nepal.
Aside from these, the National Independent Party has stated that it will join the government even if it is not a member of the coalition.
The coalition meeting must expand the 25-member cabinet to include 11 parties. The allocation for this is regarded as difficult for the alliance.
