RPP protests against Ghising’s dismissal

KAATHMANDU: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) staged a protest in support of Kulman Ghising, the former Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), following his dismissal from the position.

The demonstration was held on Thursday at Maitighar Mandala in Kathmandu, in response to his removal from office.

With Ghising’s dismissal, Hitenra Dev Shakya was appointed as the new Executive Director and took office on Tuesday.

The protest was organized to express opposition to the decision to remove Ghising from his position.
