KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Balen Shah left the House of Representatives immediately after responding to questions from a few lawmakers, stating that he addressed queries from one member of each party.

Soon after his exit, the parliamentary session turned tense as lawmakers from CPN-UML and the Shram Sanskriti Party stood up demanding speaking time, triggering a heated exchange.

Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal expressed strong dissatisfaction, accusing UML MP Ain Mahar and Shram Sanskriti Party MP Dhurva Rai of acting against parliamentary decorum.

He also instructed Shram Sanskriti Party MP Aren Rai to improve his language and maintain proper parliamentary discipline.
