KATHMANDU: A new stage production titled ‘Atiranjan Ko Manoranjan’ has begun its regular run at Mandala Theatre from April 1.
Written by Sanyog Guragain and directed by Sagar Khati Kami, the play goes beyond conventional entertainment to critically examine exaggeration in society and its broader impact.

True to its title, the production raises a compelling central question—when does “too much” actually become too much? Through this lens, the play encourages audiences to reflect deeply and engage in self-evaluation.

The narrative explores the delicate balance between entertainment and reality, the pursuit of truth, and the complexities of human decision-making.

It powerfully highlights how much truth remains when entertainment crosses its limits.

The play will run until Baisakh 13, featuring performances by a large ensemble cast including Somanath Khanal, Sandip Shrestha, Swapnil Ghimire, Roshan Adhikari, Yashoda Gurung, Sanam Shrestha, Chakra Bista, Rijan Lama, Indra Bahadur Rai, Sameer Bhattarai, Amrit Sunar, Roshan Murmu, Mridul Dhakal, Sushmita Karki, Tarun Deuwa, Sayujya Bhandari, Bhaskar Budha, Nimish Kattel, and Saurabh Chalise.

Shows are staged every day except Mondays at 5:30 PM, with an additional show on Saturdays at 1:30 PM.
