KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Laghubitta has successfully concluded its first-quarter provincial-level budget review workshop in Kohalpur, Banke.

Addressing the session, Chief Executive Officer Chol Raj Sharma Joshi commended employees who delivered outstanding performance during the first quarter and encouraged all staff to continue working with high morale and dedication in the days ahead.
Deputy CEO Mesh Bahadur Basnet, Assistant CEOs Ganesh Ghimire and Rajendra Nyaupane, along with departmental heads Rakesh Shrestha, Bimal Chaudhary, Ashish Gautam, and Muktinath Laudari, presented progress reports of their respective departments.

They emphasized unity of purpose, operational efficiency, and strong commitment to achieving institutional goals, while also outlining plans and targets for the current quarter.
The workshop included an in-depth review of achievements made during the first quarter, challenges encountered, and areas for improvement.
Participants also discussed budget formulation for the second quarter, strategic plans for service expansion, and initiatives to enhance quality and performance.
According to the institution, the workshop served as a strong motivational platform—encouraging employees to work with greater enthusiasm, commitment, and teamwork—ultimately contributing to improved branch operations and enhanced service quality.
