NIC Asia Bank urges customers to update email addresses

KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank, actively promoting digital banking services among its millions of customers, has requested account holders to update their email addresses.

Customers can update their email addresses promptly through the bank’s Video KYC portal https://www.nicasiabank.com/video-kyc/
or via the NIC ASIA MoBank mobile app by tapping My Profile and selecting the Change Email option.

Additionally, customers can submit a request to update their email addresses at any NIC Asia Bank branch of their convenience.

Customers whose email addresses are not updated are advised to contact their nearest branch or the Customer Contact Center at 1660-01-77771 or 01-5970101 for assistance.
