NIC Asia Bank launches online portal for auctioned properties

KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank Limited has officially launched a new online portal to provide detailed information on auction sales of assets, including banking properties, non-banking assets, and collateral-backed properties under the bank’s ownership.

Through this digital platform, customers can access comprehensive details of properties listed for auction.

By scanning the QR code published in the auction notice, interested buyers will be directed to the portal https://auctionassistance.nicasiabank.com, where they can view plot numbers, land area, photographs, maps, and even Google Maps locations for easy identification of the properties.

In addition, the portal features an interactive message box where prospective buyers can submit their full name, email address, mobile number, and contact details to request further information on any specific property of interest.

The bank stated that the portal will be regularly updated with auction-related information, covering both banking and non-banking properties as well as collateral-based assets put up for sale.

NIC Asia Bank believes this initiative will make the auction process more transparent, accessible, and beneficial for customers.
