KATHMANDU: After weeks of teasers and sneak peeks, Hyundai India has officially launched the 2025 Hyundai Venue, with prices starting at INR 7.90 lakh (ex-showroom).

The new-gen model is available in eight variants and eight colour options, and comes with three powertrain choices.

On the outside, the 2025 venue revised front and rear bumpers, sleeker LED headlamps, new DRLs, LED tail lamps, a fresh grille, new 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, and a connected LED light bar featuring bold “VENUE” lettering on the tailgate.

The SUV comes in Hazel Blue, Mystic Sapphire, Atlas White, Titan Grey, Dragon Red, Abyss Black, and two dual-tone options — Hazel Blue/Black roof and Atlas White/Black roof.

Inside, the Venue’s cabin gets a major upgrade with the new dashboard layout housing dual 12.3-inch curved screens. A fresh design for the centre console, new three-spoke steering wheel, and ventilated front seats enhance the cabin’s comfort and modern feel.

Tech-savvy buyers will appreciate the Level 2 ADAS, BlueLink connectivity, OTA updates, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Other key features include drive and traction modes, six airbags, 360-degree camera, blind-spot monitor, and an electric sunroof.

There are eight variants to choose from, including HX2, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX6T, HX7, HX8, and HX10.

Hyundai retains its reliable powertrain options, now enhanced with a 6-speed torque converter automatic unit.

The choices include:

  • 1.2-litre NA petrol (82 bhp / 114 Nm) with a 5-speed manual
  • 1.0-litre turbo-petrol (118 bhp / 172 Nm) with 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT
  • 1.5-litre diesel (114 bhp / 250 Nm) with 6-speed manual or automatic

The 2025 Hyundai Venue redefines expectations in the compact SUV category, taking on rivals such as the Kia Sonet, Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, Skoda Kylaq, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, and Mahindra XUV 3XO.
