NEPSE rises by 9.23 points on Thursday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) climbed by 9.23 points on Thursday, ending the week on a positive note.

After falling nearly 9.5 points on Wednesday, the index rebounded by 0.34%, closing at 2,714.61 points.

Out of the shares traded on Thursday, 162 companies saw their stock prices rise, 88 companies recorded losses, and 10 remained unchanged.

A total of 94,174 transactions were conducted, exchanging 19,075,756 shares worth Rs 907.39 crore, up from Wednesday’s turnover of Rs 892.36 crore.
