KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Home Affairs has launched a call center to receive and address grievances, complaints and suggestions concerning its areas of responsibilities.

Named “Hello Home Call Center”, the facility was launched to make the Ministry’s services more effective, transparent, and responsive, Spokesperson at the Ministry Ananda Kafle shared.

The facility has been established under the Grievances Management Section within the Ministry.
