National Life Insurance hosts ‘Beginning of Success’ program for top agents

KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Ltd. successfully organized a two-day motivational program titled ‘Saphaltako Suruwat’ (Beginning of Success) for its top-performing agents in Pokhara.

The event, held at a local hotel, aimed to honor agents who achieved their sales targets under the company’s monthly plan for Bhadra 2082.

The program featured Nepal’s legendary actor Rajesh Hamal, who shared his inspirational journey and insights on persistence and excellence.

According to the company, the program was attended by around 300 senior agents from across the country, along with departmental heads, provincial chiefs, and branch managers.

The event was inaugurated by Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri, who lit the ceremonial lamp and addressed the participants.

In his remarks, CEO Khatri praised the agents for their vital role in the company’s remarkable performance during the fiscal year 2081/82, noting that their dedication and hard work have been key to its success. He also presented certificates of appreciation to the selected agents.

Similarly, Marketing Department Head Vivek Sharma conducted a session on sales skills development.

Delivering his motivational talk, actor Rajesh Hamal emphasized the importance of perseverance and commitment, stating that success in any profession is achieved through continuous effort and responsibility.

The event also featured entertaining performances, providing an opportunity for agents to interact with Rajesh Hamal.

Participants expressed gratitude to the company, saying such initiatives contribute significantly to their professional growth and motivation.
