KATHMANDU: For the second year in a row, MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) earned a coveted place among the Fortune World’s 25 Best Workplaces TM —placing No. 10 on this year’s prestigious list. Awarded to only 25 companies worldwide, this recognition reflects the company’s unwavering commitment to its people, customers and the communities it serves.

MetLife’s recognition on the Fortune World’s 25 Best Workplaces TM  list follows its third consecutive year on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For ®  list in the U.S. and regional recognition as a best workplace in Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

In 2025, MetLife was also certified as a Great Place to Work in 33 markets and earned best workplace honors in Brazil, Chile, China, Cyprus, India, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and Uruguay.

To be considered for the Fortune World’s 25 Best Workplaces TM , companies must have 5,000 or more global employees and be identified as outstanding global employers with recognition on at least five Best Workplaces TM  lists in Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, North America, or Australia in 2024 or early 2025. Companies are ranked higher based on their ability to outperform other companies in their national market and around the world.
