Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank re-certified with ISO 9001: 2015
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank h became the first bikas bank in Nepal to receive this prestigious certification.
KATHMANDU: Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has once again achieved international recognition by being re-certified with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for its Quality Management System, demonstrating its excellence in providing world-class financial services.
The bank was initially certified under ISO 9001:2015 for “Provision of Development Banking Activities” on Shrawan 32, 2081.
Following the first surveillance audit conducted in Bhadra 2082, the bank successfully maintained its certification.
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank became the first Bikas Bank in Nepal to receive this prestigious certification.
ISO 9001: 2015 certification is awarded only to institutions that establish a strong quality management system, ensure customer satisfaction, deliver exceptional services, and continuously improve their operational processes
For this certification, the bank’s policies, procedures, documentation, and overall management system underwent a comprehensive audit.
