‘Kaji’ trailer out: Bipin Karki, Keki Adhikari’s emotional marriage story unveiled

KATHMANDU: The official trailer of the upcoming Nepali film “Kaji”, set to release on Jestha 8, has been unveiled. The three-minute trailer was released on Tuesday via YouTube by the production team.

The trailer centers on lead actors Bipin Karki and Keki Adhikari, portraying a married couple whose relationship experiences emotional highs and lows.

Bipin plays the character “Kaji” and Keki appears as “Kajini.” The story highlights Kaaji, an orphan, and his deep love and trust for his wife after marriage.

However, the trailer hints that Kajini’s lie to protect their marriage becomes a turning point in the story, leading to unexpected twists.

Directed by Laxman Rijal, the film also features Garima Sharma, Prakash Ghimire, Hemant Budhathoki, Bishal Pahari, Binod Neupane, Rashmi Bhatt, Hiuwala Gautam, Sandeep Babu Lohani, Roshi Shrestha, and Prashansa Suvedi in key roles. Garima Sharma plays Bipin’s sister-in-law in the film.

Produced under the banner of Rijal & Rijal Production, the film is produced by Ram Prasad Rijal, Nehan Rijal, and Bikash Raj Joshi.

The film’s screenplay is written by Pradeep Bhardwaj, cinematography by Chintan Rajbhandari, music by Kali Prasad Baskota, background score by Sujil Karmacharya, choreography by Kaviraj Gahatraj, and editing by Bipin Malla.
