KATHMANDU: The movie “Jaari 2” has officially been released on Nepal’s leading OTT platform Cinemaghar, bringing high-quality digital cinema experience to viewers both at home and abroad.

Designed to expand access to Nepali films globally, the platform has made the movie available for streaming worldwide, allowing audiences to enjoy it in HD quality for Rs. 199 and in 4K resolution for Rs. 299.

“Jaari 2”, a sequel to the successful film “Jaari”, is based on the cultural traditions of the Limbu community in eastern Nepal, particularly the historical “Jaari system.”

The film has been written and directed by acclaimed filmmaker Upendra Subba and produced under the Bansuri Films banner by Ram Babu Gurung and his team.

The film features powerful performances from leading actors Dayahang Rai, Miruna Magar, and Bijay Baral, who bring depth and authenticity to the story.

The narrative beautifully captures Limbu cultural traditions, including the iconic Chyabrung dance, while also portraying elements of historical storytelling with strong visual appeal.

Cinemaghar has also upgraded its technology by introducing 4K streaming, aiming to deliver sharper visuals and a more immersive viewing experience.
