Gold, silver prices drop in local market

KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices have declined in the local market today.

Gold fell by Rs 1,100 per tola, while silver dropped by Rs 25 per tola.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association, gold is trading at Rs 237,200 per tola and silver at Rs 2,990 per tola.

In the international market, gold is trading around USD 3,970 per ounce.
